发酵床生猪养殖中菌种与垫料的研究进展 被引量:16

摘要 发酵床菌种与垫料的选择与配伍是发酵床生猪养殖技术的首要研究问题。总结了适于发酵床体制作的菌种和垫料类别、不同菌种的发酵特性、垫料的参数要求以及发酵床功能菌群在床体垫料中的发酵过程,以期为发酵床养殖模式在全国范围内的推广提供理论依据和实践指导。 The choice and compatibility of the strains and beddings in deep-litter systems is the primary issues of this ecological farming technology.The categories of strains and beddings suitable for the bed production,the fermentation characteristics of different strains,the parameter requirements of the bedding materials,and the fermentation process in the deep-litter systems were all analyzed and summarized,which was expected to provide the theoretical basis and practical guidance for the promotion of deep-litter systems in the nationwide.
