摘要
[目的]建立饮用水中8种有机阴离子的离子色谱测定方法。[方法]饮用水样品经0.22μm微孔过滤膜过滤,采用IonPacAS23阴离子交换色谱柱分离,ASRS-300-4MM阴离子抑制型电导检测器检测,以4.5 mmol/L Na2CO3+0.8 mmol/L NaHCO3为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,进行测定,以保留时间进行定性,峰面积进行定量。[结果]8种有机阴离子在相应的线性范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.995,检出限:F-、Cl-为1.0μg/L,BrO3-、NO2-为2.0μg/L,NO3-、Br-、PO34-、SO24-为5.0μg/L,加标回收率为94.6%~105.8%,RSD为0.50%~4.39%(n=6)。[结论]该方法简单、科学、准确、实用性强,非常适用于大批量的饮用水有机阴离子的检测工作。
[Objective] To establish a method for the determination of eight kinds of organic anions in drinking water.[Method] The samples were filtered by 0.22 μm microporous filtration membrane,separated by the IonPacAS23 anion,4.5 mmol/L Na2CO3+0.8 mmol/L NaHCO3 as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,qualitatived by the retention time and quantitatived by the peak area.[Result] The eight kinds of organic anions had good linear relationship in linear range.The correlation coefficient were greater than 0.995,The detection limit: F-,Cl-were 1.0 μg/L,BrO-3,NO-2 were 2.0 μg/L,NO-3,Br-,PO3-4,SO2-4 were 5.0 μg/L,the recoveries were from 94.6% to 105.8%,the RSD were 0.50%-4.39%(n=6).[Conclusion] The method had the advantages of simple,scientific,accurate,practical,which is suitable for large quantities of drinking water organic anion detection.
