村卫生室医疗卫生服务公益性的现状研究

Status of Public Welfare of Medical Services in Village Clinics

本研究选取北京市M县具有代表性的村落作为研究现场,采取参与式与非参与式观察相结合的方法,对村中医疗卫生资源的配置状况、村卫生室医疗卫生服务提供以及村民医疗卫生服务需求满足情况等多个方面进行了深入研究。通过实地研究,对本次医改中旨在回归村卫生室服务公益性的各项基层改革措施的推行情况以及村卫生室的公益性现状有了深入的了解。

In this paper, based on field research in a representative village in M district of Beijing, we adopted the method of combining participatory and non - participatory observation to study profoundly the allocation of local medical and health resources, medical services status provided by village doctors, and demand and satisfaction of villagers to the health services, thus making a deep understanding on the implementation situation of the medical reform measures aiming at restoring village clinics＇ public welfare and the status of public welfare of medical services in village clinics.
