摘要 通过科学的岗位评价体系可以系统地评价医疗机构中岗位之间的相对价值,建立健全岗位结构、岗位职责、薪酬管理和绩效管理等相关制度。英国国民医疗服务系统(NHS)的岗位评价体系经过多年的研究与实践已逐步完善与成熟,本文就NHS岗位评价体系的构建过程、要素体系和具体应用等方面进行了介绍,期待为我国医疗机构岗位评价体系的建立带来重要启示。 It would make clear to evaluate the relative value among jobs, and establish and improve the system of job structure, job obligation, pay administration and performance management by scientific job evaluation system. The job evaluation model of UK National Health Service (NHS) has gradually formed a mature system for medical institutions by many years of practice and revision. The paper introduces the building process, factors of system and specific implementation of the NHS job evaluation model, with a hope that it has an important enlightenment for the establishment of hospital job evaluation system in China.
