腰麻后颅内慢性硬膜下血肿1例并文献复习

摘要
腰麻或椎管硬脊膜下手术后远隔部位继发血肿，发生部位包括颅与椎管的硬膜下、硬膜外及脑实质内，其中以颅内硬膜下血肿为主。本文报道一例腰麻后颅内慢性硬膜下血肿（chronic subdural hematoma，CSDH），并结合文献讨论其形成机制、临床表现、预防措施及治疗。
