摘要
选矿是一个综合了物理、化学的机理复杂的生产过程,选矿过程也包含了过程控制中许多难以处理的复杂特性,如时间滞后性、多变量、耦合、非线性、不确定性和随机扰动性,精确的数学模型很难建立,在这种前提下我们采用了模型预测控制方案、在线优化前馈-反馈控制方案等控制,并取得了良好的使用效果。
As the dressing is a complex production process about physics, chemistry, the process also includes a process control which is difficult to deal with many complex features,such as the time lag, multi-variable,coupled,nonlinear, uncertainty and random disturbances. Accurate mathematical model is difficult to establish. In this context, a model predictive control programs, feed-forward - feedback control and other programs are adopted, and achieves good results.
