摘要
提出了利用金属间电位差选择点焊电极的原则和调节焊接温度场,提高焊接区电能利用率的措施。介绍了铜与铜镶嵌片状钎料HL204点焊的工艺方法。
The principle of selected electrode using electrical potential difference between different metals for spot welding and the adjustment of temperature field during welding are put forward in the paper. The methed to increase the utilization factor of electric enemy in welding zone is discussed. Spot welding procedure of copper with inlaid filler metal sheet HL204 is introduced, too.
