教师是高校道德建设的关键

摘要 高校道德建设从何处着手,无论是从古到今,还是国内国外,或者是先贤政要,抑或是普通学人,大家的普遍认识是:教师是高校道德建设的关键。其路径主要有:要完善现有的教师考核评价机制与体系;要把道德、纪律和法律三者的作用密切配合;要抓制度的落实;要充分发挥手机、电视、网络等现代传媒的作用;要特别重视环境在道德建设中的作用;要把道德实践活动作为道德建设的重要载体;要十分关注解决教师的实际问题;要进一步弘扬榜样的示范效用。 From the ancient to today, at home or abroad, by sages and politicians or ordinary people, the universal understanding of where to begin the moral construction in universities and colleges is that the university faculties are the key to the construction. The main channels available are: To improve the existing teacher evaluation mechanism and system; To cooperate intimately the functions among morality, discipline and law; To carry to the effect the organizational systems; To give full play to the roles of mobile phones, television, Internet and other modern media; Due attention should be paid to the environmental roles in the moral construction; To regard highly the morality practice as the important carrier of the ethical construction; To pay close attention to practical problems encountered by the faculties and to further popularize the exemplary effect of the advanced faculties.
