Discussion on Application of Media Personnel Cultivation In Background of Media Convergence

在当今媒介融合、传媒市场需求多元化的大趋势下,高校对于学术型、应用型和职业型传媒人才的培养应有所侧重。虽然开设新闻传播学专业的院校近年逐渐增多,但所培养的应用型传媒人才数量匮乏,人才质量和素质不能和市场需求有效接轨。故此,需要变革传统人才培养模式,以适应媒介融合的大趋势;建立跨媒体、跨文化、开放性的应用型人才为主的人才培养模式,以适应时代发展。

Under today＇ s trend of media convergence and diversification of media market demand, the cultlvaUon ot academic talents, applied media talents and professional talents should have different emphasis in the journalistic education of universities. The numbers of universities with journalism majoring have gradually increased, however, the number of students who accepted the application education of media is very small, and personnel quality can not meet the market demand. This paper discussed how to change the traditional personnel training mode to adapt to the trend of media convergence, and how to establish cross-media, cross-cultural and open application talent training mode
