摘要 以2-EHA、BA、EA、VAc为聚合单体,AA、HEA为交联单体,用氨基树脂582作交联剂,采用引发剂分段滴加聚合工艺,研制成功了具有较好粘接性能和耐热性能的溶剂型丙烯酸酯压敏胶,用作保温隔热、减震用泡棉制品压敏胶层。 This paper introduced a solvent based acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive with excellent adhesion and heat resistance,which has produced by step wise dropping polymerization of 2-EHA and BA (adhesion components),EA and VAc (cohesion components) as well as the organic resin containing amino,epoxy and hydroxyl groups (crosslinking agent).The adhesive can be used as the PSA layers for the foam products with heat insulation and shock absorption.
