苯丙无皂乳液的合成及应用

摘要 以苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸及交联性单体CX-600合成了无皂苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳液。确定了乳液聚合的最佳工艺:反应温度80~85℃,反应性乳化剂D用量0.6%(对单体总质量的质量分数,下同),引发剂用量0.8%,乳化时间为0.5h,预乳液滴加时间1h,保温时间1h。将合成的苯丙乳液用于涂料印花,各项牢度指标良好。 A soap-free styrene-acrylic emulsion was synthesized by styrene,butyl acrylate,acrylic acid,isooctyl arcylate and the crossinked monomer CX-600.The optimal process of emulsion polymerization was determined as follows:the reaction temperature was 80-85℃,the amount of reaction emulsifier D was 0.6% by weight (based on the total weight of monomers,the same below) ,the initiator amount was 0.8%,the emulsifying time is half an hour,the pre-emulsion dropping time was 1 hour,the holding time was 1 hour.The styrene-acrylate emulsion was used in pigment printing,all kinds of fastnesses were good.
