胰腺实性假乳头状瘤误诊为胰腺囊腺癌一例
摘要
患者女，48岁。无明显诱因出现中上腹部愎胀20余天，进食后症状加重入院。自发病以来，患者精神、睡眠尚可，大小便正常，食欲稍减退，近半年体重减轻约2．5kg。入院体检；心肺无明显异常。腹部平坦、无压痛、反跳痈及肌紧张，剑突下可扪及一类圆形包块，约8cm×8cm，质地中等，无触痛，界限清楚，活动度差。
