摘要
目的:比较钴铬单冠和桥体在自旋回波序列T1,T2加权像中磁共振成像伪影大小。方法:用钴铬合金制作中切牙、尖牙、桥体第二前磨牙金属底冠,第一、二磨牙金属冠,放置于牙列中,分别包埋于150mm×150mm×150mm琼脂中,放置于自旋回波序列T1,T2加权像中,比较磁共振伪影范围。结果:钴铬合金单冠中切牙、尖牙、桥体在矢状面、冠状面和横断面上形成伪影的形状相似,但大小不同,在自旋回波序列T1,T2加权像中伪影大小无明显不同。结论:钴铬单冠和桥体在自旋回波序列T1,T2加权像中磁共振成像伪影的大小无明显差异。
Objective: To compare the range of artifacts generated by CoCr alloy in T1WI/SE and T2WI/FSE.Methods: CoCr single crown and bridge embedded in 150mm×150mm×150mm agar,and the range of artifacts were observed and compared.Results: The artifacts from CoCr single crown and bridge are similar,which have shown difference in size and no significant difference in T1WI/SE,T2WI/FSE in transverse,coronal and sagittal planes.Conclusion: There is no significant difference in T1WI/SE and T2WI/FSE.
