摘要
在实验室条件下,研究了罩式退火温度对DC03EK搪瓷用钢组织性能的影响规律,同时对其抗鳞爆性能和搪瓷密着性能进行了检验。结果表明,730℃×5 h退火的实验钢屈服强度为148 MPa,抗拉强度为300 MPa,断后伸长率为38%,r值为1.5,成形性能良好。1 mm厚冷轧退火板氢渗透时间为13 min,氢扩散系数为8.4×10-7cm2/s,抗鳞爆性能良好,并通过了密着性检验。
Effects of batch annealing temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of DC03EK enamel steel were investigated under laboratory condition, and the fish scale resistance and enameling adhesiveness of the steel were also inspected. The results show the yield strength, tensile strength, fracture elongation and r value of the experimental steel are 148 MPa, 300 MPa, 38% and 1.5, respectively, after annealing at 730 ℃ for 5 h, and good formability is achieved. The hydrogen permeation time of the experimental steel with 1 mm thickness is 13 min and the hydrogen diffusion coefficient is 8.4 × 10 -7 cm2/s, the results show that the experimental steel has well resistance to fish scale. The adhesiveness test exhibits good adhesion properties between the steel and enamel coatings.
