摘要
通过建模分析和实际测量,对WC-Co硬质合金结构参数与烧结表面残余应力之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明,硬质合金的结构参数对烧结表面残余应力有很大的影响。相同WC粒径条件下,随Co相体积分数的增大,硬质合金烧结表面残余应力的数值增大。当Co相体积分数固定时,增大WC颗粒的粒径,可明显降低硬质合金烧结表面的残余应力。实际测量结果与分析结论相吻合。
Effects of some important structural parameters of WC-Co cemented carbides such as volume fraction of the cobalt phase, WC grain size, etc, on sintering surface residual stress were discussed by means of modeling analysis and experimental measurement. The results show that structural parameters of WC-Co cemented carbides have a great influence on magnitude of thermal residual stresses due to sintering. The magnitude of the residual stress in the WC increases with increasing Co content for same WC grain size. For same Co content the residual stresses in the WC decreases in magnitude with increasing WC particle size. Measurement results of thermal residual stresses coincide with the conclusions of modeling analysis.
