清除人类免疫缺陷病毒感染新策略研究进展

New approaches in human immunodeficency virus eradication research

摘要 尽管HAART能有效降低HIV感染的发病率和死亡率,但长远影响尚不明确。过去几年关于HIV病毒储存库的特征性描述有利于我们更好地理解成功消除体内HIV的策略,因此清除}Ⅱv感染重新受到关注。此文主要描述了达到彻底治愈HIV的目标需要克服的主要障碍以及最新研究策略。 Despite the proven efficacy of highly active antlretroviral therapy (HAART) in reducing mortality and morbidity of HIV infection, the long-term impact is still unclear. With the study of characterization of HIV viral reservoir over the past few years, it has led to a better understanding of approaches which might successfully lead to HIV eradication and is renewed interest in HIV eradication. This review describes the major obstacles that need to be overcome and the new advances and strategies designed to achieve HIV cure.
