慢性乙型肝炎合并非酒精性脂肪肝的研究进展

Research progresses on chronic hepalilis B combined with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

在中国慢性乙型肝炎合并非酒精性脂肪肝的人群日益增多，但两者间相互影响的研究较少。HBV感染是否诱发或加重肝细胞脂肪变、合并非酒精性脂肪肝对慢性乙型肝炎病程的影响以及是否影响抗病毒治疗应答，回答这些问题对于完善慢性乙型肝炎的治疗有重要意义。此文将这些问题的研究现状进行综述。

The chronic hepatitis B patients combined with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease become more and more common in China, while lack of interrelationship researches. Whether HBV infection would induce or worsen hepatic steatosis has not been studied thoroughly. The influences of hepatic steatosis on the course of the disease and the response to antiviral therapy in chronic hepatitis B patients are still unknown. To answer these questions has significance for im- proving the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. The research progresses of these questions are reviewed in this article.
