耐碳青霉烯鲍曼不动杆菌研究进展 被引量:3

Research advances in carbapnem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii

摘要 随着抗菌药物的广泛应用,鲍曼不动杆菌已出现对氨基糖苷类、氟喹诺酮类、β-内酰胺类等药物耐药,碳青霉烯类抗生素被认为是目前临床治疗鲍曼不动杆菌最有效的药物之一,但近年来耐碳青霉烯类抗生素鲍曼不动杆菌比例逐年增长。此文将对耐碳青霉烯鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药现状、耐药机制及治疗进行综述。 With the extensive use of antibiotics, Acinetobacter baumarmii has appeared resistant to aminoglyco- sides, fluoroquinolones, beta-lactams and other drugs. Carbapenem antibiotics is considered to be one of the most effec- tive drugs in clinical treatment of Ac/netobacter baumann/i, but carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii is increasing gradually in recent years. This review is mainly about the resistant status, resistant mechanisms and treatment of car- bapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii.
