基于二元组织的人力资源管理功能探析 被引量:1

摘要 本文分析了探索性创新和开发性创新的涵义及二者竞争关系,阐述了二元组织产生的必要性、涵义和特点,并从文化建设、招聘、考核及薪酬激励等方面提出了人力资源部在实现二元组织目标时的职责和功能。
