如何培育和提升企业自主创新能力是当前我国转变经济增长方式、增强企业国际竞争力的重大课题。在现有文献的基础上,进一步从企业自身角度探索企业自主创新能力的构成要素和培育路径,尝试提出一个新的从企业层面培育企业自主创新能力的理论模型,即PTOCO五要素模型。希望这一模型的提出能对我国企业自觉构建、培育和提升自主创新能力有一定的启发作用。

In China＇s current how to cultivate and promote the ability of enterprise independent innovation is a major issue to change the mode of economic growth and enhance the international competitiveness of enterprise.On the basis of the existing literature,to further explore the elements of the ability of enterprise independent innovation and the path of cultivating from their own point of enterprises.To put forward a new theoretical model of fostering the ability of enterprise independent innovation from the enterprise level,that is,PTOCO five elements model.To hope this model can help our enterprise to consciously cultivate and promote the ability of independent innovation.
