摘要 创新人才作为关乎区域与组织发展的中坚力量,其流动性日益成为人力资源的研究重点。但以创新人才流动作为自变量的"后向"研究对于国内学者却较为陌生。基于组织视角,对国内外相关"后向"研究的文献进行了细致的梳理,通过对研究概念、研究领域、研究范式和影响关系等方面的综述,在归纳和总结该领域研究进展的基础上,提出今后研究的方向和重点,以期帮助国内学者全面了解这一领域的趋势和现状。 As a backbone in accelerating the regional and organizational development,turnover for creative talent has been the key analysis modular in Human Resource Management.However,the consequence of this turnover,which treats it as a dependent variable,is unfamiliar to Chinese scholars.Based on the view of organizational performance,this paper reviews the concept,domain,approach and relation in this field in order to suggest some future research focus and direction,so as to help Chinese scholars to better understand the state of this field.
