摘要
在目前欧盟框架计划研究的基础上,研究了欧盟第七框架计划的科技对外开放目标及内容,并分析了其与之前框架计划相比较,在对外开放中所展现出的政策特点,并由此给出对我国的启示。
On the basis of recent studies of the FP7,this paper analyzes the objectives and contents of the FP7＇ s foreign ST cooperation,proposes its policy characteristics with cooperation to previous framework programmes,and provides advices for China.
