中国双功能锂铅实验包层系统在ITER赤道窗口的界面设计

摘要 中国双功能锂铅实验包层模块(DFLL-TBM)是中国计划在国际热核实验堆(ITER)进行氚增殖包层实验的两个候选概念之一。实验包层系统(TBS)与ITER界面设计关系到TBS能否在ITER装置有限空间内安装和实验,是ITER国际组关注的重点。本文根据ITER对TBS的设计要求、DFLL-TBS概念设计,结合中国与印度TBS在实验窗口的功能、安全和空间分配的定义,利用CATIA三维设计软件进行了DFLL-TBS在ITER窗口塞、管林区、窗口室的界面设计,初步设计可以满足ITER实验窗口空间要求。 The Dual Functional Lithium Lead-Test Blanket Module (DFLL-TBM) is one of the Chinese two candidate concepts to be tested in International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER) for tritium breeder blanket program. The ITER Organization focus on the interface design between Test Blanket System (TBS) and ITER,since it concerns whether TBS can be installed and conduct experiment in the restricted space of ITER or not. According to the design requirement of TBS for ITER,conceptual design of DFLL-TBS, as well as definition of the function, safety and space allocation for China-TBS and India-TBS in experimental port, the interface design between DFLL-TBS and ITER in port plug,pipe forest and port cell have been proposed with three-dimensional design software CATIA. The preliminary design could meet the space requirement of ITER test port.
