HBV感染者红细胞膜CD35分子表达和循环免疫复合物的变化及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察人体红细胞膜CD35和血液中CIC在HBV感染时的变化,探讨红细胞在HBV感染过程中的作用。方法选择HBV感染者102例,采用流式细胞仪检测红细胞膜CD35+-E(%)和CD35-GMFIR,采用C1q–ELISA法测定血清循环免疫复合物(CIC)含量,并以30例健康者作为对照组进行比较。结果相比于对照组急性乙型肝炎、慢性乙型肝炎、重型乙型肝炎组红细胞膜表面CD35+-E(%)和CD35-GMFIR差异有统计学意义,血清CIC差异有统计学意义,均为P<0.01,无症状感染组红细胞CD35+-E(%)、CD35-GMFIR,血清CIC相比于对照组差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);所有研究对象中CD35+-E(%)与CD35-GMFIR呈正相关(r=0.896,P<0.01);CD35+-E(%)、CD35-GMFIR与CIC呈负相关(r=-0.862、r=-0.795,P<0.05)。结论 HBV感染者红细胞CD35分子表达水平和血清CIC浓度能较灵敏地反应出乙型肝炎病情的严重程度,有助于乙型肝炎患者的诊断,红细胞膜CD35有助于HBV的清除。 Objective To observe the expression of human erythrocyte membrane CD35 and the changes of Circulating Immune complex( CIC) in serum content of HBV infection,study of erythrocyte in HBV infection effects. Methods The expression of human erythrocyte membrane CD35 was evaluated through flow cytometrie analysis in 102 HBV infections and 30 healthy controls. Clq - ELISA was used to detect the serum level of CIC. Results Compare with the controls the acute hepatitis,chronic hepatitis, severe hepatitis erythrocyte membrane CD35 ^- E(% )and CD35-GMFIR in HBV infections were all significantly lower( all P 〈0. 05) ,and the serum level of CIC were markedly higher than the controls( all P 〈 0.01 ) ,but the asymptomatic infections have no significant difference with the controls in erythrocyte membrane CD35 * - E ( % ) and CD35-GMFIR and the serum level of CIC ( all p 〉 0. 05) ; All of the subjects. CD35 + - E ( % ) was positively cor- related with CD35-GMFIR( r = 0. 896, P 〈 0.01 ) ; CD35 + - E ( % ) and. CD35-GMFIR were all negatively correlated with CIC(r= -0. 862,r = -0.795,P〈().05). Conclusion In HBV infections,erythrocyte CD35 molecule expression level and the serum level of CIC can sensitively reflect the severity of hepatitis, contribute to the diagnosis of patients with hepati- tis,erythrocyte membrane CD35 contributes to the HBV clearance.
