摘要
介绍了石油开采用聚氨酯弹性体自封胶芯制品原材料的选择、模具设计、制备工艺流程等。通过改变原料体系中多元醇、扩链剂种类及配比,异氰酸酯基质量百分数等对材料性能的影响的试验,确定选用综合性能较好的聚酯型聚氨酯弹性体,合成出满足油田作业对聚氨酯自封胶芯更高使用要求的弹性体材料。
This paper describes raw materials selection,mold design and preparation process of polyurethane elastomer self-sealing rubber core for oilfield.By changing type and ratio of polyol and chain extender in raw material system,and changing mass percentage of isocyanate ester group,we determined to select the polyester polyurethane elastomer with better overall performance,and synthesized elastomeric material which can meet higher requirements of polyurethane self-sealing rubber core for oilfield.
