全套方案“潜在需求”创新创造塑料包装绿色化(下)

摘要 分析了Chinaplas2012食品、饮料、医疗医药等塑料包装领域内制品、原料、加工设备、成型工艺、产品检测、回收再生利用等各个环节绿色化的新技术,提出了全套方案实现塑料包装绿色化的发展理念。转变发展观念,开发绿色化包装材料、创新创造绿色化成型加工技术、研发绿色化回收再生利用新技术,达到提高全套方案的绿色化的科技含量和水平,加快我国塑料包装由国际分工的价值链的"低端"走向"高端"的绿色化进程。最后简介了作者以大型塑料包装托盘"潜在需求"为研发理念,创新KH-40000大型塑料包装托盘注射成型技术绿色化,实现大型注塑托盘绿色化。 This paper analyzes new green technologies of products,raw materials,processing equipment,molding process,product testing,recycling and utilization in food,beverage,medical and pharmaceutical plastic packaging at Chinaplas2012,put forward a comprehensive plan to achieve development concept of green plastic packaging.Change the development concept,develop green packaging materials,innovate green molding process technology,R D green recycling technologies to improve scientific and technological content and level of greening full program,speed up greening process of our plastic packaging from "low level" of value chain of international labor division to "high level ".At last,the paper introduces the "potential demand" of large plastic packaging tray as R D concept,to innovate greening injection molding technology of KH-40000 large plastic packaging tray and achieve greening of large injection molding tray.
