摘要
针对我公司全钢三菱钢帘布裁断机进行了技术改造,将现有技术中的薄胶片独立生产工序和钢帘布裁断的独立生产工序集合成一个有机整体,并使得薄胶片的挤出生产配合钢帘布裁断进行同步生产粘贴,极大地降低了生产的成本,省却了维修分切机器的时间和维修费用,提高了工作效率。尤其是消除了薄胶片独立生产过程中对于PE纸的消耗,节约了原材料,利于环保。
We had technological modification on our MITSUBISHI all steel steel cord cutter,synthesized thin sheet production and steel cord cutting together as an organic whole,made thin sheet extrusion with steel cord cutting to synchronize for applicating,greatly reduced the production cost,obviated maintenance time and costs,improved work efficiency.Especially eliminate PE paper consumption in the thin sheet production process,save raw materials,and is beneficial to the environment.
