乌兰察布市作家孔庆元、刘亮的小说《大山儿女》讲述了一个关于中国北方乡村青年男女奋斗、成长的故事。该文试图通过解读小说在客观层面提出的"是什么阻碍了青年男女婚姻爱情的幸福之路"这样一个命题,来反思传统文化在现代文明进程中的困境。作者认为,主人公婚恋不幸福根源于传统文化中的负面因子,其具体表现为:儿女情长让位于家国利益;从一而终的贞节观念;含蓄内敛的文化心理。

The Young People in the Mountains,a novel created by KONG Qin-gyuan and LIU Liang who lived in Wulanchabu City,tells a story about the young people＇s struggle and growth in a village in northern China.The article reflected the predicament of traditional culture in the modern civilization by interpreting the proposition of ＂what blocked the young people＇s road to happiness in their marriage and love＂.The author thinks that the unhappy marriage of protagonists is rooted in the traditional culture＇s negative factors,which are manifested as follows： the minor love and marriage facing the national interests;the lifelong and changeless idea of chastity;the implicit cultural psychology.
