摘要 骨桥蛋白(OPN)是细胞外基质(ECM)中的一种分泌型磷酸化糖蛋白,主要由体内间叶组织细胞分泌,广泛分布在各种组织和体液中,通过与其主要受体整合素相互作用,介导细胞与细胞、细胞与ECM间的黏附、增殖、迁移、侵袭等过程,发挥多种生物学活性,参与多种器官和组织的生理病理过程。大量生殖医学领域的研究表明,OPN在对滋养细胞侵袭力的调节、胚胎植入和胎盘形成及妊娠相关性疾病中发挥重要的作用。 Osteopontin(OPN) is a matricellular phosphoglycoprotein,mainly secreted by the body mesenchymal tissue cell,and widely distributed in various organizations and body fluids.OPN mainly interacts with cell surface integrin receptors to mediate cell-cell and cell-extracellular matrix(ECM) adhesion,proliferation,migration,and invasion process.OPN has multiple biological functions,and participate in the physiological and pathological process of organs and tissues.A lot of studies in the reproductive medical field have shown that OPN plays an important role in the regulation of cytotrophoblast cells invasion,embryo implantation,placentation and pregnancy associated disease.
