亲缘性骨髓间充质干细胞移植治疗2型糖尿病1例

摘要 1病例报告患者,女,63岁,体重40kg,多饮多尿3年、四肢麻木2年。未到医院正规系统治疗。2008年8月22日入住我院。辅助检查：空腹血糖16.1mmol/L,餐后2h血糖17.6mmol/L,糖化血红蛋白9.6%,空腹c肽0.639ng/L。诊断：（1）2型糖尿病;（2）糖尿病周围神经病变。入院后予胰岛素控制血糖,由于血糖控制不理想,门冬胰岛素（诺和锐）由20U/d提高至63U/d,治疗1个月血糖仍然不理想,
