Innovation and Integration to Strengthen Zhuhai University Park Status Quo,Problems and Advices

摘要 通过对珠海大学园区建设的回顾和现状分析,提出了未来发展的思路,即"创新融合强园区"。创新,指办学体制创新、管理体制创新、人才培养模式创新;融合,指大学园区与区域创新体系融合、与珠澳产业发展融合、与境外知名大学合作特别是与港澳高等教育融合;强园区,指把珠海大学园区打造成为珠江口西岸高等教育的高地。为此建议:加强省政府统筹,赋予地方政府管理权限;提高整体办学层次,优化学科专业结构;引进母校更多的优质资源,推动科学研究;深化产学研合作,与区域创新体系融合;加大跨境合作力度,提升国际化水平。 This paper, based on reviews on development of Zhuhai University Park and analysis of its status quo, puts forward a new future development plan innovation and infusion to strengthen University Park. Innovation involves innovating educational system, management system and the talent cultivation model. Integration refers to association of the University Park with regional innovation system, Zhuhai and Macao's industrial development, and well-known foreign universities, especially cooperation with the higher education of Hong Kong and Macao. Strengthening the Zhuhai University Park aims at making the University Park the education highland of the west bank of the Pearl River. Finally, five pieces of advices are given to fulfill the purpose: strengthen the provincial macro administration and entitle the local government to the administration; optimize discipline structures to enhance the whole educational level; introduce more alma mater resources to promote the scientific research; cooperate with the regional innovation system to deepen the university-industry eoooeration; increase cross-border cooperation to improve the internationalization level.
