关于将新建本科院校纳入现代职业教育体系构建的探讨--兼论职业教育的边界 被引量:43

A Study on the Feasibility of Newly-founded Universities Belonging to the System of Modern Vocational and Technical Education——Also on the Boundary of Vocational and Technical Education

摘要 新建本科院校作为我国高等教育的新生事物,正处在发展路径抉择的关键时期,是走职业教育抑或普通高等教育的办学道路,成为每所院校最为关切之事。通过对其发展历史的梳理、学理论证及经济社会发展的现实需求,发现这一特定高校群体具有职业教育属性,可以将其纳入现代职业教育体系的构建,引领职业教育尤其是高等职业教育的发展。这样不仅可以调整优化我国高等教育不平衡的类型结构和人才供给结构,而且能更好地服务于经济发展和社会进步。 Newly-founded universities, new institutions in higher education in China, are at the crossroad for their future development. It is a dilemma for them to run professional education or academic education. By inspecting their historical development, demonstrating them in theory and analyzing the demand of economic and social development, we find that these universities belong to the system of modem vocational and technical education because they have the attributes of professional education. In this case, newly-founded universities will lead the direction for the development of vocational and technical education, especially for the development of professional education. What's more, it is not only good for optimizing the type structure in higher education and the structure of talents supply, but also providing better service for economic and social development.
