汉、蒙古族大学生体质健康状况比较分析

目的:了解汉、蒙古族大学生体质健康的差别,掌握少数民族大学生的体质状况;方法:采用了文献资料法、体质测试法、数理统计法等;结果:(1)汉、蒙古族男女大学生身高标准体重属于正常体重,同性别组间比较,身高标准体重存在显著性差异(P<0.001),表现为汉族男女大学生身高标准体重值优于蒙古族男女大学生身高标准体重值;(2)肺活量/体重指数仅达到及格标准,同性别组间比较,肺活量/体重指数没有明显差异(P>0.05);(3)耐力素质表现为良好状态,同性别组间比较:耐力素质之间没有明显差异(P>0.05);(4)坐位体前屈素质也表现为良好状态,部分汉、蒙古族男大学生坐位体前屈素质达到优秀,而汉、蒙古族女大学生坐位体前屈素质达到优秀。同性别组间比较,坐位体前屈素质之间存在显著性差异(P<0.001),表现为汉族男女大学生坐位体前屈素质优于蒙古族男女大学生坐位体前屈素质;(5)男大学生50m跑素质表现为良好,女大学生50m跑素质仅为及格。同性别组间比较,50m跑素质没有明显差异。结论汉族男女大学生身高标准体重优于蒙古族男女大学生身高标准体重;耐力、50m跑素质汉、蒙古族男女大学生之间没有明显差别;汉族男女大学生坐位体前屈素质优于蒙古族男女大学生坐位体前屈素质。
