摘要
文章从西藏大学贯彻落实《中华人民共和国高等教育法》入手,论述了学校在加强党建、大学生思想政治教育,提高教育教学质量,提升科研水平和服务社会能力等方面取得的成绩。认为,只有坚持社会主义办学方向,坚持党的领导,才能促进学校科学发展,全面提升办学水平。
The article sums up the main achievements of Tibet University implementing ＂the Law of Higher Education of the People ＇s Republic of China ＂ in the fields of Party building, ideological and political education of college students, the improvement of teaching quality and scientific research level, the capability of serving society, and so on. It is also concluded that the promotion of the scientific development of Tibet University and the upgrade of its educational level can only be achieved through persevering in the socialist orientation in education provision and adhering to Party＇s leadership.
