改革开放30多年来,中央先后召开5次西藏工作座谈会,在全国形成了共同关心和支援西藏的局面,促进了西藏经济持续快速发展,农牧民生产生活条件显著改善,社会发展水平不断提升,对外开放格局逐步形成。实践充分证明,只有社会主义才能救西藏,只有改革开放才能发展西藏、繁荣西藏。

With over 30 years of reform and opening-up,the Central Committee has already convened five national congress on work in Tibet.They have made Tibet enjoy support and care of people from all over the country.Consequently,the economy of Tibet has continued rapid growth,and the living conditions of farmers and herdsmen in Tibet have had remarkable improvement,and the level of Tibet＇s social development has been upgrading constantly,and the pattern of opening to the outside world has taken shape gradually in Tibet.Thus,practice has fully proved that only socialism can save Tibet,only opening-up can achieve the development and prosperity of Tibet.
