西藏生态旅游发展模式与战略研究

On the Development Model and Strategy of Tibet Ecotourism

传统旅游给西藏脆弱的生态环境带来了一系列问题与挑战,只有逐步改变传统的旅游方式与理念,实现从传统旅游向生态旅游的转化,才能有效化解这些问题,这也是实现西藏旅游业可持续发展的战略选择。文章在对西藏生态旅游资源进行系统梳理的基础上,对西藏生态旅游发展的战略目标、开发模式、空间布局及实施战略等进行了论述。

Traditional tourism has brought a series of challenges and problems to the fragile environment of Tibet.Only through changing the modes and theory of traditional tourism and transforming from traditional tourism into ecotourism can we solve the problems effectively.This is also a strategic choice to promote the sustainable development of Tibet tourism.This article discusses the strategic objectives,development models,spatial distribution and strategy implementation of Tibet ecotourism on the basis of a systematical analysis of Tibet ecotourism resources.
