摘要
文章分析了传统国有企业文化、现代西方企业文化、西藏传统文化等方面对西藏新型国有企业文化建设的影响,指出转型和变革所带来的文化动荡能否在短时间内通过梳理、整合和重塑并形成新的企业文化,将决定西藏新国企在未来的发展中是否能够迅速形成新的核心竞争力,在市场竞争中取得优势,决定着西藏国有企业改革的成败。
Although the restructuring of the state-owned enterprises in Tibet has come to an end,which is mainly about the construction of modern enterprise system framework,the enterprises fall behind comparatively in the aspects of management concepts and modes,reformation and so on because of being located in remote areas which are relatively backward in economical development.The article analyzes the influence of old state-owned enterprises' culture,western modern enterprises' culture and traditional Tibetan culture on the construction of the enterprise culture of new state-owned enterprises in Tibet,and pointed out that it is important for the new state-owned enterprises to comb,integrate and remodel the cultural turmoil shortly which are caused by the transformation and reformation as it will play a leading role in the formation of core competence and advantages of these enterprises,even in the future success of the state-owned enterprises.tion are pointed out,and the the importance of legal guarantee in the innovation is demonstrated as well.
