有情管理,还是无情管理?

摘要 有人说,管理者就是管尺子的人,要定规则、信规则、守规则、认死理,因比,有情管理是要不得的。无情管理,才可能让企业产生优秀的执行力,使企业管理真正上正轨。 It is said that managers should be the ruler for subordinate, who set up,believe in and stick to rules. Inexorable management could foster excellent executive power and put the enterprise onto the track. However, there also a saying that female managers prefer a more mild management, which is more efficient.So, for female managers, it should be inexorable or not? How to balance these two ends? Under what circumstances should managers be mild and when should be tough? How to gain support from employees even being tough?
