摘要
网络合作风险的存在会阻碍合作企业的发展和合作绩效的获取。本文从社会网络视角出发,从企业自身特征、合作对象特征、网络关系特征三个维度,基于社会网络稳定性的中介作用,提出了网络合作风险影响因素的理论模型,并运用熵权法确定了各影响因素指标的权重,为后续网络合作风险影响的量化研究提供了借鉴,也为企业间合作风险规避提出了相应建议。
The existence of network cooperation risks is very important in the cooperation among enterprises,it will influence the development of cooperative enterprises and the cooperation performance. From the perspective of social networks, the model of network cooperation risks is a new way to measure the risks of the cooperation. Based on the intermediary role of stability of social networks, the cooperation risks were influenced by three dimensions： the enterprise＇s own characteristics, the partner＇s characteristics and the network relationship characteristics. The weights of the influencing factors are determined with Entropy Method. The corresponding recommendations for the cooperation among enterprises to avoid the cooperation risks were summarized at the final of the paper.
