高校体育课群体凝聚力的现状与策略研究

群体凝聚力是群体心理的一个重要特征。它是群体存在和发展的必要条件,由于群体凝聚力能使群体控制个体的行为,因而对群体的工作效率有很大的影响。国外对群体凝聚力的研究比较全面,我国近几年在这方面的研究较少,特别是对高校体育课的群体凝聚力研究更为稀缺。本文调查了高校体育课的现状,结果显示高校群体凝聚力水平不够理想,高校体育课的凝聚力存在问题。而且搜集大量国内外文献资料,提出了一些增强高校体育课群体凝聚力的方法与途径。

Abstract： The group cohesion is one of the important group psychological characteristics. It is a group of the existence and the development of a necessary condition, because group cohesion can make group control the behavior of individual, so for the working efficiency of the group has very big effect. The research group cohesion overseas for more comprehensive, our country in recent years in the research of this aspect less, especially in university P.E. group cohesion research more scarce. Based on the investigation of the present situation of college physical education, and the results showed that the university community cohesion level insufficient ideal, university P.E. the cohesion of the existing problems. And collecting plenty of domestic and foreign literature material, put forward some enhance university P.E. group cohesion method and the way.
