区域林业发展成效和促进战略研究——以安徽省为例

Research on the Development Performance and Accelerating Strategies of Regional Forestry——A Case Study on Anhui Province

以南方重点集体林区安徽省林业的发展为视阈,基于2011年安徽省林业统计的基础数据,结合2010年同期数据,从造林绿化、产业发展、中央投资、基础设施、从业人员等方面对安徽省一年来林业发展情况进行了对比分析,深刻阐述了区域林业发展中存在的制约性因素,在此基础上从区域的视角为全国林业的科学发展提出了战略性建议。

The beginning of the twelfth Five-Year-Plan is an important strategic opportunity for us, which is also es- sential for forestry to play its role in ecological civilization and sustainable development. This paper analysis the forestry development of Anhui province from the points of afforestation industrial development investment basic facilities and workforce, based on statistical data of Anhui province in year 2011. The author profoundly discussed the con- straining factors in regional forestry development, and then promoted some strategic suggestions for our country＇ s forestry development form a regional point of view.
