冠心病患者血小板CD41^+CD62^+与胱抑素C的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察冠心病患者血小板CD62与胱抑素C的相关性。方法:选择116例在我院经冠状动脉造影检查确诊冠心病的患者为观察对象,于治疗前采静脉血,应用流式细胞术检测治疗前后血小板CD41+CD62+的阳性率,ELISA法测定血清中胱抑素C的浓度,酶法测定血清中肌酐的浓度。Pearson法分析血小板CD41+CD62+的阳性率与胱抑素C、肌酐的相关性。随访3个月,观察两组患者心血管不良事件发生率。结果:116例患者血小板CD41+CD62P+阳性率为(15.84±13.14)%,血清胱抑素C的浓度为(1.47±0.69)mg/L,血清肌酐浓度为(69.76±35.15)μmol/L,Pearson相关性分析显示血小板CD41+CD62P+与血清胱抑素C、肌酐存在相关(P<0.05)。结论:胱抑素C可能参与了动脉粥样硬化过程及血小板的激活。 Objective To study the relationship between platelet CD41+ CD62P+ and serum cystatin C in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 116 patients with Coronary Heart diseases diagnosed by coronary artery angiographyed were included.levels of platelet CD41+ CD62+ were measured by flow cytometry,serum cystatin C measured by ELISA and serum creatinine were measured before treatment.Pearson analyses was used to determine the relationship between platelet CD41+ CD62+,serum cystatin C and creatinine.Results The expression of platelet CD41+ CD62+ in patients with coronary heart diseases were(15.84 ± 13.14)%,The level of cystatin C and creatinine were(1.47 ± 0.69)mg/L and(69.76 ± 35.15)μmol/L respectively.There was a relationship between platelet CD41+ CD62P+,serum cystatin C and creatinine in patients with coronary heart diseases by Pearson analysis(P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Cystatin C might involve in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis and the activation of platelet.
