阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者血清γ-谷氨酰转移酶水平变化对其并发冠心病的预测作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者血清γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)水平的变化及其在OSAHS患者并发冠心病(CHD)中的预测作用。方法:选择正常对照组24例、OSAHS患者45例、0SAHS并CHD患者45例,检测比较3组间血清GGT水平的变化及其与睡眠呼吸指标间的相关性。结果:正常对照组、OSAHS组及OSAHS并CHD组血清GGT水平依次升高,两两间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);0SAHS组及OSAHS并CHD组患者血清GGT水平与AHI、呼吸障碍事件总时间百分比正相关(P<0.05),与最低SaO2及平均最低SaO2负相关(P<0.05)。结论:与正常对照组比较,OSAHS患者血清GGT水平升高,而OSAHS并CHD患者血清GGT升高更加显著,其升高幅度与OSAHS严重程度密切相关,可作为OSAHS患者并发CHD的预测指标。
