欧盟“多维度全球大学排名”:理论创新与方法超越被引量：1

摘要欧盟出于政治、经济和高等教育发展等多种需求,在2009到2011年间研发了多维度全球大学排名系统。这个系统在现有大学排名基础上取长补短,以多维度的评价内容、科学可行的评价方法、"以使用者为本"的排名呈现,开创了一种新颖的大学排名形式。它的"多重优秀"理念符合各方利益相关者的诉求,在全球赢得了广泛的支持,但它也面临着如何在"欧洲"与"全球"、"责任"与"利益"之间取得平衡的问题。
