摘要
澳大利亚《语言与文化优秀教师专业标准》的制定背景和内容,有四点启示:基础外语教育遵从国家利益取向的语言战略规划;体现教师专业结构,突出外语学科特色;强调教师最高标准,发挥教师发展主体性;注重标准出台前的充分准备和颁布后的教师培训。这些理念和特征为我国中小学外语教师专业标准的系统研究提供借鉴。
The initiation and implementation of Australia's Professional Standards for Accomplished Teaching of Languages and Cultures mainly gives us implications with four points. Firstly, school language education should keep in line with the national strategic development plan; secondly, professional standards for language teachers should embody the essence of the profession and reflect its characteristics; thirdly, an emphasis should be given to the high levels of achievement of accomplished teachers of languages and teachers' professional d^velopment; and finally, sufficient consultations before the finalization of a set of standards and post-promulgation workshops are necessary. These implications can be a useful frame of reference for making of national standards for teachers of foreign languages in elementary and secondary schools in China.
