摘要 本文论述了美国密苏里州中小学教师绩效评价推行的背景和主要做法。简析了美国密苏里州中小学教师绩效评价目的、教师绩效评价内容、教师绩效评价实施过程,并从中探寻对我国中小学教师评价改革与研究的有益启示。 This article discusses the implementation background and main approaches to primary and secondary school teacher's performance evaluation in Missouri. It briefly analyses the purposes, contents and implementation process of primary and secondary school teacher's performance evaluation, and explores some useful insights which are helpful to the reform and research for primary and secondary school teacher's evaluation in our country.
