摘要
2010年以来,我国已经开展对营利性和非营利性民办学校进行分类管理试点的工作。对于这些试点地区而言,民办学校分类管理制度创建的关键就是要抓住当前改革的有利时机,采取整体性和全局性的战略眼光来看待制度的建设与变革,以科学的人性假设为逻辑前提,坚持现实主义的目标追求、合理的制度变迁方式与原则。
“National medium and long-term educational reform and development plan”put forward： “actively explore the forprofit and non-profit private schools classification management”.At present,the key is to seize the favorable opportunity of reform for the pilot area,take comprehensive and strategic vision to look at the institutional construction and innovation ,with scientific hypothesis of human nature as the logical premise ,insist on realistic goals and reasonable way of institutional change,principles,active exploration institutional mode which accords with national condition.
