基于清洁发展机制的企业节能减排项目融资方法创新

摘要企业尤其是中小企业的节能减排项目难以实施的一个重要原因就是融资难,清洁发展机制这一减排承诺履约机制的快速发展,为企业开启了一条节能减排项目融资的新途径。本文利用节能减排项目的减排效果,以清洁发展机制为基础,创新设计了企业节能减排项目的融资方法,拓宽了节能减排项目的融资渠道。 The financing problem is the key factor to restrict enterprises, esp. small and medium enterprises, to implement energy- saving emission reduction projects. The rapid development of CDM opened a new chapter to the financing mode of energy saving and emission reduction. In this paper, we built a financing mode about energy saving and emission reduction pro- jects based on CDM, which broadens financing channels for energy saving and emission reduction projects.
