摘要
以战略地图或平衡计分卡的导入与应用作为企业的组织变革,本文对来自企业的420个有效样本进行了实证分析。结果证实组织变革准备与组织承诺、心理授权都有显著关系;心理授权在员工参与和组织承诺之间起到了完全中介作用,心理授权在组织沟通与组织承诺之间起到了部分中介作用,心理授权在组织支持、员工态度与组织承诺间不起中介作用。
In order to understand the relation between readiness of organizational change and organizational commitment, the article statistically analyses 490 questionnaires from enterprises. It confirms that the readiness of organizational change will greatly influence psychological empowerment and organizational commitment. It manifests that psychological empowerment totally acts as a medium between staff participation and organizational commitment and a partial bridge between organizational commu- nication and organizational commitment. It proves psychological empowerment cannot intermediate the relation among orga- nizational supporting, staff attitudes and organizational commitment.
