我国石油企业信息资源管理体系构建

面对经济全球化以及日益加剧的竞争趋势,如何加快信息资源管理技术在石油企业中的应用,使我国石油企业的信息资源管理水平得到很大的提升,促进我国石油企业的跨越式发展,增强其在国际市场中的竞争力,已成为摆在我国石油企业面前的严峻问题。本文主要介绍我国整个石化企业的信息资源管理状况,分析石油企业信息资源管理过程中存在的问题以及我国石油企业建立信息资源管理的必要性,并对构建我国石油企业信息资源管理体系提出了一些政策建议。

In the economic globalization and increasing competitions, it has become a serious problem for Chinese petroleum enterprises how to accelerate the applications of information resource management technologies as to raise the management level of the information resources of the petroleum enterprises in China, improve the information resource management to achieve a leap development, and enhance competitiveness in the market. This article mainly introduces the status of the information resource management of our petroleum enterprises, analyzes the problems existing in the information resources management and the necessity for the establishment of the information resources management, and then puts forward some policy suggestions.
